Reason for being involved in workshop: While public speaking can be a terrifying experience to begin with, it can be extremely rewarding. When I started doing talks, I had a load of great support and feedback. I'd love to be able to pay it forward and help others. I particularly would love to help encourage underrepresented groups as the broader the range of folks giving talks means that we get a broader range of viewpoints.
Reason for being involved in workshop: Public speaking is good fun and great for sharing knowledge, and it's not as hard as it looks!
About Chad: User researcher for Government. Does talks on gender, gaming, mental health and career.

About Andy: Organiser of LeedsDevops meetup and co-organiser of DevOpsDays London Conference
Reason for being involved in workshop: I'm a speaker and I've had so much help from others along the way. I'm really happy to help get new voices into the space too
