Reason for being involved in workshop: I've given a fair few talks, both mental health related and more industry related. I've also participated in a similar workshop aimed at people wanting to do talks and cyber security and infosec events, so have some experience in helping people put abstracts together
About Gem: Senior Tester @ BBC Voice + AI. Does Mental Health and testing talks, co-organises MCR Girl Geeks, on the board for Infosec Hoppers.
Reason for being involved in workshop: Diversity and inclusion are hugely important to me. I work with many people to increase the diversity in our teams to reduce the group think and move the human race forward.
