The entrance is locked; the lobby will need to be staffed by a member of the event staff to greet attendees.

There are elevators. The primary elevator goes to the 12th floor, where there is a second elevator to the penthouse floor, which is the primary event space.

There is a multi-purpose private room that parents with newborns can use for nursing. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there are communal refrigerators that can be used
