The Nexmo offices are in the Shoreditch area of London. Well serviced by trains, buses and London underground.

Notes:

The closest step-free train station is Liverpool Street, approximately 15 minutes from the office. There are also several bus stops within a one or two block radius.

Registered service animals are welcome on all London trains, buses and the underground

How close is parking to the venue?

There is no parking at the venue itself, but there are several car parks within a short walk

Are there costs associated with parking?

Car parking costs range from approximately £25 to £80 per day depending on the car park used. Also note that the office is within the London congestion charge area

Accessing the venue

Is there any building security? Yes

What is the process for entering?

Guests will need to sign-in with the reception where they will be issued a visitors badge and escorted to the elevator

Are there steps going into the building or space?

There are three steps at the front entrance, a ramp can be provided by reception.

Are there ramps or elevators?

Yes

Are elevator buttons of an appropriate height for wheelchair users to reach?

Yes

Is there affordable childcare at or near the venue?

There is no childcare available at the venue, however, there are several nurseries and daycares within the area.

The Venue

Is there a quiet room? Yes

Notes:

A quiet room will be available on the day


Is there a nursing room for mothers with a newborn? Yes

Notes:

There will be two private rooms which are lockable from the inside which may be used for nursing at any time during the event


Is the venue safe for small children? No

Notes:

The venue is not suitable for small children for the following reasons:

- We have a large presentation area with amphitheater style seating/stairs between the first and second floors
- Windows are openable and not locked and they are situated approximately 70cm up from the floor
- Hot drinks and alcohol are easily available
- We do not have any qualified First Aiders for children


Is the space easily navigable for people using mobility devices or service animals? Yes

Notes:

The venue is easily navigable, but the following issues should be noted:

- disabled toilets are on alternating floors
- the evacuation chair is at reception
- we don't have dropped sinks in the kitchens and some items are not reachable for wheelchair users (glasses, mugs etc)
