The good news is these difficulties have been resolved, however the event has been rescheduled to achieve these high standards set by the team.
Now Global Diversity CFP Day will take place on February 20th 2021 and we hope you can still make it!
We appreciate this is a huge disappointment especially so close to the event and apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment.
All of the speakers and organisers are still excited to get your speaking journey moving, to see your future talks and learn from you.
We look forward to meeting you on February 20th๐
See you soon,

Call For Proposals (CFP)
Events or conferences looking for speakers start a process called "Call for Proposals". This is an invitation for anyone interested in taking part to submit their idea for a talk or workshop. Proposals are an outline of what you'd like to talk about and helps organisers choose talks for their events.
global diversity CFP day is here to help you craft that proposal and reduce any worry you may have when submitting.
Saturday, February 20th 2021
On Saturday, February 20th 2021 we will host the fourth edition of global diversity CFP day - this time online!
There will be 6 streams around the globe encouraging and advising newbie speakers to put together your very first talk proposal and share your own individual perspective on any subject of interest to people in tech.
Each stream will have expert speakers sharing their experience of:
- putting together a talk proposal
- creating that all important biography
- planning and structuring your talk
- delivering your talk
- and a load more tips and advice!
Subject Matter
These sessions have no specific language, framework or process as a focus. Even if your talk isnโt even related to tech we want to support you too! In short, if there is something that you want to shout to the world we're here to help you get there regardless of the boundaries of technology or communities.
